How to Change the Security Profile Category for Staff Members
Updating a staff member’s security profile in DPos ensures they have the correct permissions for their role. Follow these steps to make changes efficiently.
✔ Log in to DPos – Open the application and sign in with your admin credentials.
✔ Access Staff Maintenance – Navigate to the Maintenance tab and select Staff Maintenance.
✔ Choose the Staff Member – Locate and select the staff member you want to update.
✔ Update the Security Profile Category – Enter the new security profile category.
✔ Save Changes – Click the Save button to apply the update.
Log in to DPos
Open the DPos application.
Enter your admin credentials and sign in.
Access Staff Maintenance
Click on the Maintenance tab.
Select Staff Maintenance from the menu.
Choose the Staff Member
Find and select the staff member whose security profile you want to change.
Update the Security Profile Category
Enter the new security profile category in the designated field.
Save the Changes
Click the Save button to apply the update.
