How to Change the Payment Type of a Paid Order on DPOS
This guide helps you modify the payment type of a completed order in your store using DPOS. Stores can use this feature to correct payment errors or accommodate customer requests.

How to Change the Payment Type

Access Order Search:
Navigate to the Order Search section from the main menu.

Select the Order:
Find and select the order you want to modify.

Reset Payment:
Click the Modify Order button, then select Reset Paid to unlock the payment method.

Reapply Payment:
Return to the Order Search, select the same order, and click the Pay Order button.

Choose a New Payment Type:
Select the correct payment method and click Save to confirm.

Verify the Update:
Once saved, the changes will automatically update in DPOS.

Using this guide ensures accurate payment corrections in your store using DPOS.
