How to Bring Up a Historical Transaction in DPOS (Order Search Filter).

This feature allows you to quickly locate past orders, making it easier to review transaction details and address any customer inquiries. Follow these steps to efficiently search for historical transactions.

 

Bringing Up a Historical Transaction in Your Store Using DPOS
This guide helps you retrieve past transactions in your store using DPOS for order lookups or reporting. Accessing historical transactions allows you to resolve customer inquiries, review sales history, and analyze store performance efficiently.

How to Bring Up a Historical Transaction:

Log in to DPOS:
Sign in with your username and password.

Access Order Search:
Go to Order Search from the main screen.

Filter by Date and Time:
Set the Start Date and End Time to refine your search.

Show Orders:
Click Show Orders to display results.

Search by Order ID (Optional):
Enter the Order ID and click GO to find a specific order.

This guide ensures you can quickly access past transactions in your store using DPOS.

Log in to the DPOS Application. 

Enter your username and password to access the system.

Go to Order Search on the Main Screen. 

Navigate to the "Order Search" section from the main screen.

Filter the Start Date and End Time of Customer Orders. 

Set the start date and end time for the customer orders you want to search for. 

Click on "Show Orders" to display the filtered results.

Optional: Enter the Order ID. 

If you have the specific Order ID, enter it in the search field and click the "GO" button to find the exact order.

Note:
You can click on any column heading to search for content within that column. For example, click on the "Name" column to search for a specific customer name.
