How to Add Store Logo to Docket Printer (Thermal printers only)

Adding your store logo to your docket printer is a great way to personalize receipts and strengthen your brand. Follow these simple steps to ensure your logo prints correctly.

Adding Your Store Logo to Docket Printer

✅ Prepare a black-and-white logo image in PNG, JPG, or BMP format
✅ Save the logo to your computer
✅ Log in to DPOS
✅ Go to Maintenance > Docket Settings
✅ Click the Headers and Footers tab
✅ Under Logo File Name, click Browse Logo and select your file
✅ Confirm the logo preview appears
✅ Click Save
✅ Print a test docket to ensure the logo prints correctly.


Prepare Your Logo
 

  • Choose an image file for your logo. 
  • Save the logo to your computer.

Tip: For the best print quality, use a black and white image that is properly sized for your printer. 


Log in to DPOS
 

  • Open DPOS on your PC. 
  • Enter your username and password to access the system.

Open Docket Settings 

  • Go to the Maintenance tab in the main menu.

  • Click the Docket Settings button.

Add Your Logo 

  • Click the Header and Footers tab.

  • Under the Headers section, find the Logo File Name option.

  • Click the Browse Logo to select your saved logo file.

  • A preview of the selected logo will appear on the right side of the page.

Save and Test 

  • Once you’ve selected the correct file, save the settings. 
  • Print a test docket to confirm the logo appears as expected.

 

Note: 

  • File Formats: Make sure your logo is in a supported format like PNG, JPG, or BMP
  • Print Quality: Using a high-contrast logo ensures a crisp, clear print on thermal paper. 
  • Tone: Logo will appear in monotone
  • Troubleshooting: If the logo doesn’t print correctly, double-check the image size and format.
