How to Add Delivery Zones in Oolio Online Ordering

Managing delivery zones ensures that your store can effectively serve customers within a defined area. Whether you're expanding your reach or organizing multiple delivery regions, Oolio makes it simple to set up new zones. Follow this step-by-step guide to add a new delivery zone to Oolio Online Ordering.

Step-by-Step Instructions 

Log In to Oolio 

Begin by accessing your Oolio dashboard using your authorized account credentials.

Once logged in, click on the Online Order.

Navigate to the Zones Section 

Once you’re logged in: 

  • Look at the left-hand navigation menu. 
  • Click “Zones” to open the list of existing delivery zones.

Click the Create Button 

To add a new zone: 

  • Select the Create button ( plus (+) sign). 
    This will open the setup page for your new delivery zone.

Fill Out the Zone Details 

You will be prompted to enter information to define the new zone. Complete the following fields: 

  • Name 
    Give your zone a clear and recognizable label (e.g., Zone A, Downtown Delivery Zone). 
  • Estimated Wait Times 
    Set the average preparation + delivery time customers can expect. 
  • Delivery Fee 
    Input the fee charged for deliveries within this zone. 
  • Minimum Order 
    Define the minimum purchase amount required for customers in this zone. 
  • Radius 
    Choose the distance radius of your delivery coverage.

  • Customised Area 
    If the radius option doesn’t fit your needs, you can draw or customize the zone area manually on the map.

Save the New Zone 

After completing all required details: 

  • Click Save

Your new delivery zone is now added and ready to use.
