You can also view the following data, such as:
- Total Sales
-
Number of Orders
-
Average Order Value

Shop
Orders placed in-store, typically via the payment options on the point of sale terminals.
Pick Up
Orders placed ahead of time that customers collect in person (often via phone, website, or app).
Delivery
Orders delivered directly to the customer’s location, either by in-house drivers or third-party couriers.
Online Order
Orders placed directly through your website or online ordering system, excluding third-party platforms.
Integrations
Orders coming from third-party platforms (e.g., delivery apps or external ordering partners) that are synced into the system.

Important Note About Third‑Party Platform Orders
When your store uses integrated third‑party ordering platforms, orders may appear in multiple sections depending on how they are fulfilled. This is expected behavior.
If the Third‑Party Order Is Pick‑Up
The order will appear in both:
- Integrations – because it originated from a third‑party platform
- Pick Up – because the customer collects the order in‑store
If the Third‑Party Order Is Delivered by the Platform
The order will appear in both:
- Integrations – because it originated from a third‑party platform
- Pick Up – because the third‑party driver collects (picks up) the order from your store
If the Third‑Party Order Is Self‑Delivery (Delivered by Your Store's Drivers)
The order will appear in:
- Integrations – because the order originated from a third‑party platform
- Delivery – because your store’s driver fulfilled the delivery
