How to Connect your OolioPay S1F2 Pinpad to WIFI / 4G Network

Your OolioPay S1F2 Android Pinpad requires a stable internet connection to process payments and run smoothly. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to set up your preferred connection.

Connect to Wi-Fi Network 

Step-by-step: 

  • On the terminal, tap Settings
  • Go to Network
  • When prompted, enter your device passcode
  • Tap on Wi-Fi
  • Make sure the WLAN switch is turned ON
  • Tap the ➕ (plus icon) to scan and view all available Wi-Fi networks. 
  • From the list, tap the name of your Wi-Fi network
  • Enter the Wi-Fi password and tap Connect
  • Once connected, you will see a small Wi-Fi icon at the top of the screen confirming you are online. 

Note:

The WIFI Password is often located on a sticker on the back or side of the Modem / Router. 

Switch to 4G  Network (SIM)

Note:

Only switch to 4G is WIFI connection is unstable or if

Pin-pad is taken out of the store on deliveries. 

Step-by-step: 

  • On the terminal, tap Settings
  • Go to Network
  • Enter your device passcode
  • Find the WLAN switch and toggle it OFF
  • The terminal will now automatically connect to the 4G mobile network
  • You should see a 4G or signal icon at the top of the screen once it is connected.
