Application Support Team — Operating Hours

We’re here to help 7 days a week, 9:00 am–10:00 pm (AEST/AEDT, Melbourne time).
 
Public holidays: We operate with a reduced team on major public holidays. Support remains available, but response times may be longer. We appreciate your patience and will prioritise urgent issues.

Live chat is available in multiple areas of the Deliverit platform for quick assistance. 

  • Open the Deliverit platform you are using.
  • Look for the live chat icon on the screen. 
  • Click the chat icon to connect directly with a support agent.

If your request is not urgent, you can contact support via email. 

  • Open your preferred email application. 
  • Include details such as your store name, issue description, and screenshots if available. 
If you have a detailed request or a follow‑up, email is a great choice—it lets us review carefully and respond thoroughly.
